Sweet Potato Fries Empty Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into thin fries
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Toss sweet potato fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
